I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2016
Interview
Phone interview. Skills test. Two in person interviews (One with the manager. One with the CIO.). They started with a call about my application. Then sent me a link to test my knowledge (kinda insulting but okay). Then pulled me in for two interviews. Last interview was a dud CIO was not very interested in answering questions. Did not seem to really care.

Everything was fine. But during the tech part of the interview, I noticed the interviewer was very talkative. So I asked ahead of time if I could have 2 minutes to read and process the question before he offered any guidance. He only gave me about 20 seconds and kept interrupting my train of thought. It felt like a boss was standing over my shoulder talking the whole time. I got turned off by that. I let the time run out and ended the interview. Personally, would not apply again but others might not have the same experience.

Question about 'what is an abstract class' and some simple SQL questions about joins. Everything was pretty basic.

It was okay. In my case, the interviewer did not seem friendly at all and was hardly interacting. Even though I explained my entire thought process, he seemed to be distracted by other things lol.
