The interview process was very thorough. The recruiter I worked with was so helpful in setting my expectations so I would know how best to prepare. Through the formal interview process, the hiring manager really took the time to get to know me and introduce me to the team helping ensure it would be a mutual best fit. The interview process was lengthy but they also moved quickly. There were a total of 3 formal interviews with the final being a presentation, meeting with the team and cold calling.
