Interview
A recruiter from LinkedIn reached out, scheduling an interview for the next day. However, they rescheduled last minute for a Zoom call, where they appeared unprofessional, multitasking, and distracted. Moving to the next round, the hiring manager rambled about irrelevant topics. Despite feeling positive after the interview, the recruiter contacted me to ask about the interview details. They promised a follow-up call but didn't deliver. After emailing and receiving a generic rejection email on Monday, I found the whole experience unprofessional and poorly organized. Despite my background in larger companies, this was one of the worst experiences. While upsetting, I'm ultimately relieved it didn't work out.

Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description

Recruiter reached out, we had phone screen, sheasked me to fill out a resume quickly so she can set up a meeting with the sales manager for an interview. then never heard from her or anyone else again

Multiple steps, very repetitive in nature, and requires you to come in and showcase you ability to call a list. You must be fully suited up, and if you’re going through the process while also working a job, expect for them to require you to interview multiple times in one week
