I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Irving, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
1 call with the recruiter that was kind of like a behavioral, a take home coding assessment multiple choice test, and a coding interview with a leetcode easy. Everyone I interacted with at the company were so nice and polite.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Paycom (Grapevine, TX) in Oct 2023

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a virtual interview. After I applied to the position online, I received a Hackerrank link with questions related to OOPs and Java questions, which were 15 questions overall with 30 - 45 mins. Then I received a call from the recruiter, then we went over my background and the recruiter talked about the company and its benefits. And discussed the next interview steps (Screening). Then had a call with one of the senior developers, asked questions related to OOPs, and a coding question was given and was required to be solved on the Hackerank platform. It was an easy question related to HashSet. Then there was a final round with the Hiring Manager, it was mostly behavioral, he asked me about my future goals, and asked me about my ideal project I would work on if given an opportunity. Later they asked me to come to their tech night event, which was great, they provided great accommodations and had a campus tour. Later after months, I received a rejection. One thing I would suggest for the management is, if they are calling for a tech event with such great services, anyone would think that they would give an offer letter since even the final round interview was completed as well. It was soo disappointing to find out after all the smooth process to get a rejection.
We appreciate you leaving your review, and we're glad to hear it was a smooth process. We'll share your feedback with our leadership team. If you have additional comments, please share them with us at hrmgmt@paycomonline.com.
