The initial interview for this position was via phone. The interviewer greeted me, asked if the established time was still a good time to talk, and gave me an overview of what the interview would entail. He stayed true to that overview throughout the interview. He began by telling me about himself and his experience with Paylocity. He then talked to me about the company and provided great details about the position. After that, he asked me some questions about my experience and what led me to apply with Paylocity. He gave me time to ask questions of my own and he answered them thoroughly.
