Recruiter reached out to me after finding me on LinkedIn and I scheduled time with her on calendly. I rescheduled for an earlier time though because I really wanted to work here. I left her a message on LinkedIn saying I rescheduled and provided the date and time. No response. She did not call at that time on the interview date. I left her (another) LinkedIn note-no response. An email-no response. A voicemail-no response. Until she calls me back finally saying her schedule is usually blocked for that time. We speak briefly asking typical questions. But then she asks me salary requirements and I say I’m flexible and provided my current salary to which she says it’s in their range. A few days later I send her a note asking about next steps, unsurprisingly—no response. She called me again weeks later on the original interview date and left a message saying she think we might have already spoken. Called her back and left a message to confirm that—no response. Then I get an email that they are not interested. This seems like a very unorganized and perhaps unprofessional place to work and this wasn’t my impression from reading the Glassdoor reviews. I did so much research on the company, listened to the ceo interviews, etc, but I guess it was all pointless.
