Multiple phone calls, whiteboard followed by an onsite. First call was with a recruiter who was very good and asked some simple technical questions. A couple days latter I had a phone call with a developer who asked in depth technical questions. A couple days latter I had another phone call that was a live coding question with a few developers. Finally a few days latter I was brought onsite to meet with people. The process has changed, now there should only be 1 call with a recruiter. There will be small project to submit and then a HireVue with some developers. Afterwards you will be brought onsite.
