I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paylocity (Arlington Heights, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was actually a pretty easy going process, first it was with Team Leads and then a Manager in one day. The team leads I was interviewed by were very welcoming and friendly, and asked my some basic service and organizational questions.
The Manager spoke more about the role, the state of the department, my skills and experience, etc.
This is after an initial phone screening with a recruiter. who called after I submitted my application online . The initial conversation was rather long, they provided a background of the company and their recent IPO, what has been going on, what the position was for, etc.
