Interview
The process consisted of two rounds. One technical and One Manual.
The entire interview process was just wastage of time as the guys who were taking it were junior testers with no idea how an interview should be taken.
Paytm's first impression through the people who took interview looks like the quality of people who work there is average.
The first round was wrapped up in 15 mins and it looked like it was just a formality.The guy was in no mood to take an interview.
The second round was of 45 mins and guy kept discussing the problems he is facing in Paytm. How chaotic the environment is and how it can be handled.I don't think people who actually discuss problems in interview are even capable of judging a person because they are not even able to handle their own work.
After the interview process, I thought though the company is successful but the inside world is completely different with no standards of interview and no quality of people who took interview.
Complete chaos.
Paytm should start making an interview panel consisting of people who are professionals. Please do not ask any XYZ to take an interview. Value someone's time.
