Percepta interview questions

Erractic, lenghty and confusing process. 3 interview stages for a role that requires secondary school. They don't seem to know what they want which led to an ultra long interview process with the wrong impression given that I might get hired. Training period didn't get communicated from the start of the interview process. Quite essential as it's 1 month!

Unnecessarily drawn out and long for a role which does not require it. Email exercise straight after applying just to get an interview & multiple interviews after where the recruiters are eager as they constantly call you at unexpected times.
