I applied for the technical architect position through linkedin and recruiter reached out to me and scheduled first of interview with the director who manages the health care Projects. second round was more technical, they focused on my Informatica skill set and SQL questions. Third round was with director at client location, this call was more generic explaining about the client work culture and the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Perficient (Hyderābād) in Aug 2024

Two technical rounds and one round of discussion with director. First level is more of technical round
Second is more of design level or architectural 3rd is more of discussion on asoirations
Professional and very thorough. Multiple rounds from Senior to VP level I believe. All of them asked right questions and very responsive. Project related questions, technical questions, domain based questions.
