      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Perrys Motor Sales

      Interview

      Psychometric testing sent out via email. This was followed by and interview which was 1 on 1 competency based questions with direct line manager. This focused on previous experience relating to creating and undertaking processes and then on management of large work volumes and stakeholder management that is undertaken remotely.
