Phone interview that lasted for 20 minutes over all, very pleasant followed by an invitation to a face to face one.
For the face to face phase we had to prepare a 10 minute presentation about the requirements and opportunities that come with opening a new dealership. I was very disappointed with the fact that after investing hours of work into the Power Point presentation, the speech, the research and preparation, after having the whole pitch checked over by people already working in the industry, I received what seemed to be almost an automated, very generic declining email; the said email came from a person in HR whom I had never met, a person whom of course was incapable of giving any feedback. Upon her email, I did write back to ask for some sort of advice and opinion in how I could improve my interview skills and prepare for the future but I was ignored. I think that for a Company that boasts about how much they care about their people, Perry's came as a massive disappointment in the respect they show potential candidates whom put effort and care in their preparation. Shame!
