The interview process consisted FIVE stages.
1.Phone Interview.
2.Online assessment.
3. Assessment at Pfizer and group discussion., discussing with managers about working at Pfizer.
4.Face to face interview with two managers.
5. Pre-employment check and Medical .

Interview
The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Interview
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
