Interview
The interview process was great. Everyone was helpful and gave guidance with questions. Everyone had lovely energy and everyone was so nice! This company seems like a great company to work for.
1st round has a lot behavior questions which could be found via their website. Highly recommend prepping with Star methods. Not sure what the standards are, but the bar seems high.
It was a STAR format interview process, and panel interview with at least two phases of interviewing. All virtual for remote/travel positions and under an hour each, I believe it was 45 minutes or so
