Eerst een videocall met HR. Dit stelt niet veel voor gewoon vragen zoals waarom pfizer of de bepaalde functie. Vervolgens uitgenodigd op gesprek met 2 productie managers + een rondleiding doorheen productie waarbij veel en vaak moeilijke vragen worden gesteld.

From application until interview was at least 4 months. I had actually forgot I had applied. They are so short on help because the employees are empowered to choose the fate of management. There really is no need for managers at all. With team leads, the role of supervisor is redundant.
