There are three interviewers in the interview through Microsoft conference, no need to open the camera. I entered the online conference room ten minutes earlier, and the interviewers entered the online conference room one after another five minutes later.

phone interview with some background question and the programming skill experience. Then skype to answer some SAS questions. The Skype will be a panel interview and all of the staffs are really nice.
