I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pfizer (Groton, CT) in May 2010
Interview
Interview process was relaxed. I made it all the way to having my references called. I was told after the fact that internal politics dictated that a particular person be hired, and that was why I did not receive an offer.

Why would you want to do this job for more than a couple years?
2 rounds of interviews. The first round was conducted by senior manager and HR, some simple and basic question asked. Presentation required in the 2nd round. It was not challenging in general.
Great. Easy and organised. Very streamlined. Clear and well communicated expectations. I had absolutely No hassles at all with their process for this. I would most definitely recommend them if you get to interview.
