Interview
The interview was straightforward. There were two intervieweers, both of whom introduced themselves and their roles. Was asked four Competence-based questions and then one question based on the company value. Compantance question was based on the roles.
Applied 3 times with no luck, had the exact qualifications and skills as other people who I know working there. I put my CV through a Careers guidance company who said it looked good. No feedback on why I wasn't chosen.

It was very easy, the people on the panel were super nice. After that, I was required to do multiple assessments. However, they took 2 weeks to get back to me.
