Recruiter reached out just shy of a month after submitting application. 1st interview was with a team member. 2nd interview was with HR. and 3rd interview was with a panel. Overall process took about 2 and a half months from time of applying to receiving an offer.

Q: Describe a time you faced adversity within your team and how did you handle it?
Phone screening interview as about experience and the company culture. Then three more interviews. Second interview is virtual with a team member. Then a panel with director and team member and supervisor.
