The interview was great - sat down with the team leader and two other company leader. They asked interesting questions - mix of behavioral and technical questions about marketing. In addition, they took a deep dive into my resume and asked some questions regarding my experiences.

Be prepared to use the STAR method of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing. You will need specific examples of work experience to backup everything on your resume.
Background screening is just short of DoD requirements so that takes the longest part of the hire.
