The HR preplanning and accommodating to my busy schedule was great. The interview itself, not so much. It was a situational based panel interview with SVPs, functional heads and the Hiring Leader. The HL, an implant from another region struggled with North American communication nuances. He was evasive to my questions, unprepared and displayed old school posturing. He couldn’t generate trust and appeared to be a clear misfit amongst a panel of professional peers. I lost interest in the position during the interview and dropped it thereafter.
