Interview
Faxed my resume to a current Pfizer Representative that gave it to the hiring manager. I had a face to face interview a week later. A week after, I flew to Texas to interview with the regional manager. The interview questions were a little harder and he was very interested in my educational background since I was a new grad. I was offered the position a few days later.

After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.

Theres a lot of interviews 6 to be exact. Virtually, Physically and even has exams. You have to excel and be confident so you can get this job. Be knowledgeable enough and study what is being a sales rep is.
