Test online - hr screening - Panel interview - three people - star format questions. Only one hour long. There was a lot of tell me about a time when…. The hour interview goes by very quick, so have a few scenarios ready to go and plug and play

The interview process is terrible, even as an internal colleague. It is very stressful, scripted and fake. It’s one of the worst I have encountered. Interviews are a panel format.
First round with HR, second round with team leads. Normal interview focusing on your career planning and did ask some tricky questions. A product briefing is needed too. Overall not so hard
