Pfizer Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Scheduled a screening call with HR and then they called me a day early, finding me unprepared. Then radio silence for a couple weeks until the hiring manager suddenly contacted me and scheduled an interview the next business day. Seemed like they'd already decided before speaking with me that they weren't interested and just went through the motions to get this done so they could fill some EEO requirements. Disorganized, slapdash, and a waste of everyone's time.
