They found me on LinkedIn, interview over zoom from someone from Berlin, good impression, then email with negative responce from Prague. Difficult to know what did I miss. It was kind of unproffesional indeed.

You never hear back from them, not even with a rejection, very unprofessional in terms of the hiring process.
Company and product are great, however they need to hire a better more professional talent team.
