Interview
Interview process was a breeze. The phone interview consisted of basic resume based questions. 1 Day after my phone interview I was called in for a interview with the direct supervisor and the department operations manager. The interview was very informal. I was asked a few questions about my past experience, my resume, my career ambitions.
Things to keep in mind for interviewing:
1. Pitt Ohio is a business casual environment.
2. Sell yourself to the supervisors they are looking for a good fit more than anything since Pitt Ohio is a close knit workplace
3. Get details on what you will actually be doing during your internship. The job titles are a bit misleading.

Interview
First I had a phone interview. The questions were pretty standard and straight forward interview questions. The recruiter was very nice on the phone. I was asked right then to come in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Most of the questions my hiring manager asked me were the same as the phone interview. She was very nice and engaging. We even talked about some things besides the job during the interview. I felt very relaxed. I sent a thank you via email a day later and was offered the position that afternoon!
