Interview
There is a brief test on customer service skills.
You must also complete a Florida food handler's exam and pass with a score of over 80.
Following the process, a formal interview with the store manager may be granted.
Should the store manager approve you, and you are not already an employee in good standing, a further interview with the area manager will be required. Be prepared with an idea of where you would like your career within the company to lead.

How high did you score on the food handler's exam.
Notified of interview in advance. Professional interview with standard interview questions. Really enjoyed the time spent with the interviewer. Our interactions were pleasant but the job was not for mea t the end of the day.
The process was very focused and intuitive. I was able to determine very quickly that I would enjoy working at this location. The General Manager was very nice and also helped me decide what I wanted to be.

Interview
The interview process was smooth but thorough and very easy all around. Some of the questions had me thinking really far back but I feel like they actually put some thought into who they are hiring here, rather than just filling a spot.
