The interview was very informal. I was asked a few questions about my background experience as well as my communication skills. I was asked to bring in a copy of my Uni timetable as I was a student at the time - and we set up my first rota based on my schedule.

Very informal quick, job on the spot. However, I soon found out it was a very horrible environment to work in. Horrible manager unfortunately who soon showed his true colours.
