Pretty straightforward. 2 interviews - one virtual and another in person. The first is your standard tell-me-about-yourself and the second is more in depth with all team leads involved. Each one asks a question. Turn around time was quick - probably one or two days, and management is very transparent about where you’re sitting in the candidate pool.

The hiring process was awful. I had a first call with someone and that went good he really liked me. He set me up for a second interview with 10 people total on the call. Completely unnecessary/very overwhelming for someone. After that interview I didn’t feel very confident but still expected the company to email me telling me I didn’t get the job. I was completely ghosted and never heard from anyone. I understand recruiters are busy, but just a simple email would have been nice.
