I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2019
Interview
My first interaction with Pluralsight was at a school job fair. I then fill out an online form and eventually received a phone interview. Shortly after, I was invited to the Internship Day. There I completed a coding challenge and two in-person interviews, along with hearing more about the company and work environment. About a month later, I did not receive the original position I had applied to; however, I was offered to apply and interview for a different kind of internship. A few days later, I did a phone interview with the team lead. the next day I received an offer.
Overall, the process was fairly long, but most of the components were relatively short. I feel that Pluralsight respected me and my time. Other interview prosses I have been through eat up a significant portion of time with things such as multi-day coding challenges when I have things such as work or school.
