Interview
First I was required to take a quick aptitude test
Phone interview with the recruiter
Zoom interview with the hiring manager
Zoom interview with the hiring manager and about 5 team members

Question 1
- First I got a link to an aptitude test. Mostly simple math, grammar, and logic questions.
- Next a phone interview with the recruiter. Basically going through my resume
- Then a zoom interview with the Director for the IT team. About me, why I am a good fit, how I work with belligerent users.
- The final interview was on zoom with about 5 people from the IT team. Again about me, why I'm a good fit, the process I go through when solving problems, how I handle problems I can't solve, instances I have failed, how I learn, etc.

It was a good process with 4 rounds of interviews starting with aptitude and followed my screening and managerial rounds of interviews.
