I applied online. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Jun 2022
Interview
First I spoke with the internal recruiting team, and my recruiter was awesome. She provided a lot of great information about Pluralsight and the role. I spoke with the hiring manager next, and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. The interview felt very conversational. While this opportunity ended up being closed, the recruiting team reached back out to me to see if I would be interested in a different open role. I really value when recruiters do their best for candidates in that way, and that really shows what a good company this is. They handled the entire process very well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (East Orange, NJ) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was very delightful. I typically get very nervous with interviews, but the team members I met with were personable, friendly, and down to earth.
They didn't make attempts to trip me up or grill me and they were all in agreement that the company genuinely cares for its employees. It was an enjoyable experience.

Question 1
How do you typically handle being given general/vague feedback without much direction?
It's a long process, but it definitely doesn't feel long. It may vary, but I had to go through six rounds of interviews. Everyone that I interviewed with was very friendly and I felt appreciated and heard. One of the longest/best interview processes I've had.
