The entire process was two weeks, they were clear about next steps and timelines, and the recruiter was available to answer questions. The process was: 1. Phone screen with a recruiter 2. Interview with the Hiring Manager 3. Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT Assessment) 4. Interviews with the team and leadership.
