Interview process was straightforward and went quickly. Recruiter promptly got interviews scheduled and accommodated my schedule. The process involved an initial Phone Screen with a Recruiter, followed by a 1 hr one-on-one with one of the primary Engineers on the Team, then went into a 30 minute panel with a few more members of the Team + Tech Org, and finally a 30 minute one-on-one with the Director of the Team. They asked a mix of standard behavioral questions as well as some in-depth technical ones related to the role. I appreciated being able to meet members of the team and actively discuss the role and what the day-to-day would look like without being forced to spend 3-4 hours doing an initial take home assessment.
