We’ve already been in touch with you directly over email, but I wanted to acknowledge your feedback here as well. After looking into it, we discovered that some of your messages were unintentionally filtered to spam, which delayed our responses and led to a breakdown in communication. Regardless of technical issues, that’s not acceptable. Providing timely, transparent communication is a core part of our hiring values, and it’s clear we missed that mark here. I want to personally apologize for the frustration this caused.
