The Interview was mostly conversational. 3 rounds.
1st was with HR, 2nd with Global Operations Mgr, 3rd(final) was Technical round.
I got the offer in the form of "Compensation Package" and was quite bizarre. They provide very low salary package and no benefits( although they mention they provide 30% benefits but refuse to give you a breakdown of how the Benefits are 30%.)
Paid leaves are provided after completion of 1 year with the company and 50% insurance, excluding Dental and vision.
They don't consider your notice period with your current company and emphasize on joining them before notice period ends.
Overall they don't provide any answers to you. Hr and the management are really unprofessional and straight away refuse to resolve any queries or concerns that a candidate might have before signing on the "Compensation Package".
They force you to Sign the offer letter, in this case "Compensation Package" if you want to your queries to be answered.
