Interview
Applied online via their website. Received an email from a recruiter asking to please contact a 800# and provide answers to a pre-recorded interview/screening. After I called to participate in the phone screen/interview I was contacted to discuss the answers I provided. Scheduled to meet with a Program Manager, then called to meet with the Regional Program Delivery Manager (title may be wrong). Offer was extended.

Question 1
Most of the questions related to my personal experience with VMS/MSP accounts I had worked with in my prior career. Other questions were "service" based questions and behavioral interview questions. There were no "difficult/unexpected" questions that I can recall.

3 phone interviews, one in person with the onsite team. Generally easy, more to learn about you and how you work as they train on the job. You speak with almost all members of the team!
