I had a phone screen interview with an HR rep. It was kind of odd - the listing said they are located in Philadelphia, but the rep then told me they are actually based in a small town that's "just 20 minutes from the Philadelphia airport." Well, I don't live at the airport, so that did not seem relevant to me. I just found it all a bit misleading.

It was great! Thorough, quick, and transparent. Each interview person had their own unique questions, discussed different aspects of the job and there was limited repetition across each level of interview which was refreshing.
