You apply online, with a CV and all your details. Either you get rejected at this point after 5-14 days or you get an interview! Fairly simple process, and the interviewer was very friendly for me. Unfortunately due to my availability, I wasnt selected.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
