Asked questions about opening times, what they sell etc.
interesting. I liked it, considering it was my first job. There was a group interview segment and there were various talking and skills activities. In one of the activities, they test your attention to detail by asking you to talk about the person paired with you after you are given some time to learn about them.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Primark (Leeds, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied online and was invited to interview within a few days. They took me to a management office and asked me some basic questions. I hadn't prepared as well as I'd have liked to, so was convinced I hadn't got the job, but was offered the position soon after. After talking to the other Christmas temp hires, many of whom said that they had also interviewed poorly, it seems that they may have hired everyone who got an interview, although I can't be sure that this was the case.
