Very causal setting for the interview lasted 10-15 minutes and was arranged a week in advanced. I wore business causal which seemed appropriate. 1 interviewer with 5 questions, very understanding and accommodating.

Describe a time when you have dealt with conflict in your team and how would you apply this skill to a customer service role
I did online application and I had to pass online assmeng test. Then they call me for interview . I attended interview and answered all the questions confidently. Within 1 weeks got email from them.
Great! Very straightforward and more like a conversation rather than an interview. Overall, it lasted around 30 minutes with the usual questions being asked. Thankfully there was no group interview as I always find those to be very off putting.

Quick and easy to apply for. Originally Applied online via their website to then get invited to a big group interview. Multiple interviewers and called your name out for you to then complete the interview. Quite informal. Then got invited to an external training/induction day outside of the workplace
