Applied online, received an email about an interview at 3 days later, interview was fairly straight forward. Who are primarks main competitors, what is good customer service, how would you deal with an upset customer etc. Interviewer was lovely explained all the process and wages to me, I also stated I had a holiday booked and she was very reassuring about it.

Explain in detail a time when you have delivered good customer service
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
