The interview was very short, they ask why do you want to want to work there, what are your strengths, and what are your weaknesses. Within a few days, they called and offered me a position.

Lots of questions about the company and personal attributes such as teamwork, leadership and positive attitude towards customer service.
Ask for availability, preferred number of hours and any previous experience in retail.
Fine, Could be better, awkward. Manager wasnt the best, she didnt know what was going on. Straight forward tho and easy questions. Basic questions were asked but was easy to answer and think
After submitting application, they call you within 4-7 days. Schedule interview. Interview was about 30 minutes. Got phone call that I got the job about 2-3 days later. Then scheduled induction (orientation).
