Interview was straight forward. It was for a part time job throughout college at the time. Asked a number of competence based questions, was quite informal at times & interviewer was very nice

Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you want to join this company
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
