Interview
Laid back and friendly. Everyone was really welcoming and introduced themselves. We had an individual interview and then group training. We were given uniform and then put out on the shop floor and on the tills to get used to it.

They asked about what i was studying at university
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

If there were clothes on the floor, what would you do and why?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
