Online application 1.1 interview multiple answer questionnaire to rate you on your retail skills and knowledge questions regarding flexibility contracted hours. Salary explained hourly rate depending on post applied for. Overtime and holiday explained. Asked what I could contribute to primark as a company.
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
