Interview
It was a walkin interview. Around 60 candidates come for walkin and around only 5 including me were able to go to 4 round of interview. The interview process was smooth. It would be better if they have mentioned the salary range.
One suggestion i want to give to the hr that don't say we will get back to you on monday. Either say yes or no to the final round candidate in the same way you select or reject candidate in first round.
Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes it's hard to make an immediate decision on candidates, and we do need a little time to make a fair and considered choice, hence why you may have been told that we would get back to you on Monday. I totally appreciate how this feels from a candidate's point of view though, and we'll take this board.
