I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Provenir (Parsippany, NJ) in Jul 2019
Interview
I have passed 2 phone interviews (40min long), then another 2 onsite interview (one was 4 hours long and another 3 hours long), then another phone call requesting me to explain my code (45min long), after I was asked to architect different apps, and solve multiple problems, I've been asked to write code for a full app in 2 hours, including architecture, UI/UX and authentication using Angular framework, Also I was asked in the last phone interview to do a conference call with screen sharing and explain my code piece by piece, and they recorded the call as well, then they just disappeared without any update, feedback or even a thank you email.. we used to see cheap companies use interview processes like these to get training for there existing developers by opening new job opportunities for senior level developers, then record them and have the materials as a reference
I have a very good experience during the process of the interview talking with the technical people, until I met the non-technical/managers where you see outdated questions, or a person that don't seem to know what they are asking about
As an industry leader we have a thorough interview process to ensure we are hiring the right talent for our organization. Interviews may consist of phone and onsite meetings on a technical level as well as with cross-functional teams. We aim to provide timely feedback directly to candidates or the agency representative during the process and once a hiring decision is made. The Human Resources Recruiter is available to answer any questions.
