Very easy, had a lot of communication, very understanding, & explained how everything goes such as work hrs, insurance, & going into detail on what to expect of the job.

My interview went great. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was also giving a your of the facility. All of the staff were polite and welcoming

Question 1
If I witnessed a patient being mistreated what's the first thing I would do?
I would describe the interview process as very easy-going. From the walk to the front door when I asked a staff member who was sitting outside was I in the right place for my interview to the very end when I held the door for a Resident who was about to get on the transport bus. Everyone I encountered during my visit was very friendly.
